Ready-to-use Organoid Models

Engineered to bridge the gap between traditional 2D culture and complex in vivo biology, ready-to-use organoid models are transforming preclinical drug development and translational research. These physiologically relevant, three-dimensional models are derived from primary tissues or engineered from iPSCs, faithfully recapitulating the genetic diversity, histopathological architecture, and functional heterogeneity of human diseases. Alfa Cytology is dedicated to advancing oncology discovery by providing a comprehensive suite of high-quality, rigorously characterized organoid models.

Optional Ready-to-Use Organoid Models

Designed to address diverse research questions, our portfolio encompasses normal organoids for homeostasis, regeneration, and toxicity studies, as well as tumor organoids for drug sensitivity testing and resistance mechanism research. To better recapitulate the tumor microenvironment, tumor organoid co-culture models incorporate stromal and immune components such as cancer-associated fibroblasts or PBMCs, enabling investigation of immune cell infiltration and immunosuppressive mechanisms. Additionally, organoid-on-a-chip integrates microfluidic technology to introduce dynamic flow and mechanical forces, recreating physiologically relevant platforms for advanced pharmacokinetics, toxicology, and vascular biology applications.

Why Choose Our Products?

  • Comprehensive Model Availability: Access a diverse biobank of normal organoids, tumor organoids, immune/stromal co-cultures, and organoid-on-a-chip platforms for side-by-side translational studies.
  • Rigorous Quality Control: Each model lot is subjected to stringent viability, sterility, and pathway-specific functional testing to ensure reproducibility and reliable performance across multiple assays.
  • Complex Microenvironmental Reconstitution: Co-culture systems are functionally validated to support immune cell infiltration and tumor-stromal interactions, providing a platform for immunotherapy and combination therapy testing.
  • Advanced Platform Technologies: Microfluidic organoid-on-a-chip systems enable controlled perfusion, physiologically relevant shear stress, and real-time analysis, overcoming limitations of static 3D cultures.
