| Biological Activity | Y-27632 dihydrochloride is a selective ROCK inhibitor, with Ki values of 0.14–0.22 μM for ROCK1, 0.3 μM for ROCK2, and significantly higher values for PKA, PKC, and MLCK (25, 26, and >250 μM, respectively). It also inhibits PRK2 with an IC50 of 600 nM. |
