When stored at 2–8°C, the solution sustains the viability of most cells within primary tissues for more than 48 hours, minimizing cell loss between isolation and experimental use and substantially enhancing the success rate of primary tissue culture procedures. |

| Product Characteristics | Handle using strict aseptic technique to maintain sterility. Once thawed, the solution remains stable for up to two weeks when stored at 4°C. Thawing may be performed at room temperature or gradually overnight at 4°C. For extended use, it is advisable to divide the product into single-use aliquots and store them at -20°C. |
