Human TNBC Organoid

Cat. No.: ROTO-2603-CXX-001

Description: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) organoids are advanced 3D in vitro models that faithfully capture the genetic, phenotypic, and functional hallmarks of TNBC tumors. TNBC is an aggressive and heterogeneous breast cancer subtype characterized by the absence of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), and HER2 amplification, rendering it unresponsive to endocrine and HER2-targeted therapies. These organoids are established from tumor biopsies or surgical resections and cultured in an extracellular matrix (ECM)-rich environment using optimized organoid media.
